They dont have money to buy a secretary
They have a secretary at the corporate number. This customer service number will only let you leave a voice message, which like their ticketing system, is a gamble.
i got through to hong who had csrep1 call me at home and my acct is now fixed....
Only got voicemail <_<
And CS says that they don't accept costumors at this time <_<
