Same here. After diagnosis "ends", knightonline.exe is running as a process but the game doesnt starts.

Not sure what is waiting for. Maybe it tries to connect to the FTP and since its being hammered by thousands of ppl.

yea its done it to me twice now after the first time it restarted my comp randomly and now im sitting here and its done D/Ling but game hasnt started :S am i the only one that game hasnt started after all the D/Ling is done?

the game will start after the first time it waits after u start knights again it will load at normal speed or at least it did for me :P
