    If you cant charge back people wont use it.

    if u cant chargeback its easier to scam for the scammer. Im selling a IN, i tell them money first and just not give it, dont got to worry about chargeback..

    Never hard about it, but id rather recieve payments and send payments via paypal

    Never heard of it. I rather take the chance of a possible chargeback than trusting a website I never seen before with my money and personal info.

    alertpay has been around for a bit its not new
    they just changed up some

    and yes u can chargeback its just not the same procedure as paypal's

    and i use it sometimes when my paypal hits max limit.
    there isn't security issues

    just use paypal unless u NEED to have 2nd place
