In my opinion they should take it out and just have CZ and this new one. Getting 69 is harder than 59, so players that are high LVL would find it hard to have a "DCZ" char now. Besides, the difference between 69 and 83 isn't as big as 59 to 83, meaning people that are 65 - 69 would actually have more chances than a 59 inside CZ.

This is essentially what it is, ardream is 35-59, but you don't see 35s getting good in ardream. It will eventually turn into 60-69.

I think It will be kinda cool on the older servers that have more active people, but we'll have to see. Maybe it will be a great place for 60-69 ppl to go for XP like CZ used to be.
