When right clicking on this ring additional info window shows up on the top left corner of the screen containing character class and skill/stat distribution. There is no info about NP so still no confirmation if NP's are bein reset to 0 or not.

The NPS are NOT reseted, you keep them. You also stay in your clan if you have one

well this is what I do not understand, most people sell level 70 chars (naked) for meh maybe couple hundred dollars..this ring is a transferable item...paying the 55 dollars, is like paying shipping on ebay..and you can't still have more than 21gbs can you? so if someone wanted to buy an account for 105 dollars (21gb exact) the person selling the account has only made a 40 dollar profit. in other news let's all make the biggest koxp party ever and then sell our accounts!

no you need secret question to seal your character. You also need it to unseal (on the 2nd account)
