That is when it STARTS, Im guessing it will take more than 7-8 hours to add the new BDW, the new anti-cheat, and to get the new server ready. As normally it takes then like 4 hours just to start up a new server.

Is always like that..Turks are like 90% and they wont let it open when they sleeping ... lucky me i got same timezone with turks :P

sure it was..I am lucky in first place but unlucky tbh..Couse i prefer to stay awake a whole fucking night till morning comes and my sharer gets on instead of log in turkey time and get a HUGE FUCKING LAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!!!!! :S

There will be atleast 4-5 servers, so if you dont want lag just join one of the last 2 and you will be fine to exp.
