Only accounts that have been registered for at least 6 months prior to a new servers release can join the server. Also the account can never have been banned under any circumstances.

i might play if they have those rules. if they don't it is an obvious waist of time and money, and time = money, so it would be a waist of money^2.

I got to lvl 67 on ionia in the first month, and that was a huge waist of my time, never even log that character anymore, hardly think if it either.

there is a DB hacker who sells items (atm he makes money in c west) and there is already a full clan who talked to him and he is going to get them items and money there....

what makes u think this new server wont be just as bad, if not worst? new servers always get fucked now... this new server is just gonna be another fail like ionia

It has an involvement in chapter 7... that means it ought to have to something to do with the already existing servers because the chapters normally affect all servers. The only thing the "involvement" could imply is either do something on your old server and you get something on the new one, or vice versa. For example, transferring your characters to the new server, or having some kind of tournament there and the rewards will be provided for your old characters. I really hope that it will have something outstanding feature such as the legacy rule.

Then, what about chapter 8? Maybe that's Chaos itself? This is only speculation.

Actually they announce servers now.

Ionia was also announced with 2 days notice. Along with expected BDW and NPC enchanters.

Carnac west/east was beta'd with paragon. And announced before.
