Does anyone know when steam release a new server ? ive heard few rumurs that it will be in less than 2 months , but there is anyone who can confirm it ?

Aight but as i saw at steam , they said only spanish people can log ? and those who speak english will have to send message to admins/gms before they get access to the server ? ( sorry for my english tho ) is it true ? we not going to be abale to play then ?

Dude i have no idea , last time i played official server of USKO / k2 w/e u name it , was at 2008.
Thats why i asked if everyone will be abale to play ...
