new symbol for warrior to ask for str

call me noob, but I can't remember if people need str or not, some warrior do, others dont. So I will add a new symbol and when someone pm me with this symbol I will give them str.

The only reason the shorthand "codes" for buff and swift etc were thought up was because it makes it easier to see in chat.
