I&#39;ve heard K2 is doing much more checking on the server side now for skill use, trade and merchant transactions, and NPC interactions in an attempt to find patterns that indicate using hack programs or general bug abuse. I&#39;m not sure if this is analyzed in real-time or if it&#39;s logged and looked over later. In either case, this requires processing power on the servers and could contribute to lag. If they&#39;re doing logging, it&#39;s conceivable they may turn the logging on after a server or client patch to collect new data, and could turn this feature off (improving performance) later once they have enough to analyze.

what lag ? ,, maybe new patch needs to be accepted in allowed programs in firewall or some crap ,, :mellow: i lagged bad for ages after a new patch,, so i went to acceptions of windows firewall and remade accept Knightonline...and BINGO ,, lag went :P
