well theres 2 ways to look at it

A. KOXP is ran by K2 so K2 fakes a ban list and acts like they are cleaning the servers so they can keep the good players and still get paid from KOXP.

B. KOXP has power over K2 and realized that it was hurting the game to much so it took out attack enemy in order to keep the game at a playable state but since it was cracked theres alot of cheaters in CZ with KOXP.

anyway you think about it K2 needs to stop it.
