Torr, on the chat log it shows that the moderator doesn't ban because of objective reasoning but because he thinks this person is a "faggot". How is that "him (gunneddown) being a prick". In fact, it is the opposite. If you can't handle the job, quit. Gunneddown has thing to say which goes against norms; your job is to moderate his post, not judge him.
