NO! That what i meant! If a turk cheats, he should get banned, not the whole cyber cafe.

Imagine a CC with 2 cheaters and 5 legit turks. Should the legit ones be banned for the shit that the 2 cheaters did?
NO! Thats just stupid. Ban cheating turkish IPs, not the legit ones.

The hole cyber cafe should get banned for allowing cheating in the first place.I had a cyber cafe and i kept a close eye to all players , many of which tried to cheat at cs.It is the reponsability of the owner and/or cafe administrator to keep his cafe clean.

Not close the cafe. Just ban the ip's from that cafe. Like Jim said, Don't let anyone cheat in ur cafe. If a cafe owner see u cheating in sweden he'll never let u back in to that cafe.

btw u cant ban all cafe coz in a cafe everybody are not cheaters
and cafe owner cant control all cafe .for example i know a cafe which has more than 100 pcs.Can u control them all?

Hire more ppl to work there. Surely if u have 100+ pc's u have deep pockets. Or just set an age restriction to the computers. Under 15 or so then get the fook out.
