My friend got hacked since 1 month ago. Well, he was Gold premium user and he got rollbacked (thanks God). But, in the last dupe wipe all his items got deleted, why? Because when he got rollbacked his items got duped too.
He asked again to Customer suport for a rollback but... what do u think?
