3rd party tool program ban and lvl drop_?

any1 got banned due using third party tool program and lost 5 lvl?
all we know according to old tos, there would be 5 lvl drop to this ban. but according to new tos, there is no lvl drop, just ban 30 days. i got banned from using koxp and last 7 days left. did any1 got banned and lost his 5 lvl?
and also, will be any skill stat reset_? i were lvl 68, if my lvl drop i will be 63, will i have master 5 skill? :P

there are 2 risks
1- 2nd ban will terminate account (lost my account forever)
2- macro is bad, don't use it

while your 30 days ban, you could already have a new macroed char lvl70.

unless u start a new char lvling it LEGITLY, it doesnt matter if u stopped macroing coz u already lvled to a high lvl..
