    Default Nostrom of Speed Bugged?

    I have tried doing the Nostrom of Speed quest as ORC and HUMAN

    both seem to be bugged...

    I brought the 5 orc braclets, 1 shaula tail, and 2 jewel powders

    it says [Before Compensation] but it won't give me the nostrum of speed...

    wtf?

    If I remember correct, you need to bring 5 tails of Shaula to him even though he only takes 1 of them.

    many quests are bugged now so you have to wait to open your skill when they fix quests
