    I recently bought a name change scroll and could not use it for about 2 days. I know of someone else who had the same problem. I think they don't work for 48 hrs for some reason.

    can anybody answer me a question?

    Power Store Thing says this NCS "CANNOT BE TRADED", and some random turkish, wanned to sell me this for some reasonable price, but you know, you can always be affraid of scams.

    This is the SS i took:



    Can this be traded and used? or this thing the guy is showing is some random bug of a thing that ain't working?

    Anyway, thx in advance for any answer.

    Judging by the SS you took it says "Can be traded after 48 hours" considering he has it up in trade, one would assume its after that 48 hour mark... So what exactly is the problem o.O.

    All PUS items have those, it only means that u cant trade it for 2 days after its purchase. And its not a bugged, NCS are tradeble after 2 days.

    Ofcourse you can.. Actually I sold mine to a friend few days ago by trade..
    you just have to wait 48 hours to trade it..

    to change your name need wait 24h but if u want sell it u have to wait 48h
