yea i had a same problem then i went NT'ed back and canceld all my quests then went back again to Human.

Send ticket to Costumer support... I got 2k freeknight cash to nt back to human and give up the quests....
Then after that i sent another ticket and got againg 2k knight cash to re nt back to orc...

that sux, are u premium? because they compensated my knight cash twice for both accounts so i can nt back and fix that issue then they compensated me again to switch back to my desired nation, but sometimes that takes time wait maximum week if no reply then send another support ticket

support ticket they will give you KC to NT back and then supose to NT back to what you were when it was bugged but my friend did this and only got enough KC to NT 1 time
but you go NT end all of your quest then NT again gogogoog
