Anyways, weren't there safeguards in place way back when? I remember when db hackers would sometimes just get rolled back if they somehow ended with mega awesome uniques out of nowhere. At least, that what it was thought when random server crashes were attributed to hackers >_<

K2 doesn't run the game anymore, it's NTTGames now, M-games' subsidiary company. While the company itself is slightly better, the game has gotten way worse over the last few years, so don't bother with it ^^

I couldn't see myself going with a char from scratch, given how 35$/month gives +400% xp (O_O). Hopefully I'll find some gg baba's who need someone to help xp/pk their acc's.

Not anymore. The KO players are all somewhat skilled nowadays so even if you're better than the other team, without somewhat equal gear you'll get stomped.

That's mostly true for solo pk, turks still can't pk properly in a party.
