No he means the seal item thing u can use when u buy prem. Revert = BoE. U can't sell your items but u can still trash them unless u seal everything.

no, if you use them you cannot seal them by code (on blue).

about the premium no it doesnt affect at all i've not seen 1 single unique in 15 MS and my brother has gotten 2 (shitty uniques) in 20+ MS
