    Do they have to?

It could simply be bugged. (ie items/coins not received, which did happen on that item part I believe)

Did they say or imply that they would provide the reason? If not, it is hardly silence.

@Futility on this patch it says that npc's no longer give nps.

straight up, prem pots would make PK so much funner just because you don't have to go to inn/emc/lufferson every 15 minutes as a rogue ._. Probably the same for priests and mages lol

NOT. Funner, but easier. Honestly In pk i rather keep the normal pots, it brings all the old fun to check on your weights and gather the money to buy them.
But as I said it would speed up the whole leveling proccess, and makd pk easier.

Maybe while you are repoting as a priest , your party going to get raided and die. It would be fun for the one who raided!

Blissful ignorance is what they call this. If there was a bug with receiving/sending items it would had been reported by people already with massive whining of lost items on the forum, but that obvious hasn't happened.

A quote from Futility I took from officials

The message more or less implies that they were informed of the possibility to dupe through the Letter System.
    This leaves three options open:
    1. Officials from KOW informed them, as there are some bounds between Gamersfirst and NTT (1 or more individuals) according to various people.

    2. A person who duped or was aware of the dupe informed a GM in hope to get a reward for in the longterm view.

    3. EUKO Head GM's monitored disturbing statistics in the database that could imply the activity of duping.

Assuming that it's due a bug, while knowing that the Letter System has caused a dupe method multiple times (KOW) & the fact that it got disabled just that suddenly without any report or compliant of it being disfunctional, indicates a lack of common sense.

Really. "Some dude knows some dude" is the best explanation you could've come up with?

    Cogitate a little.
