Nobody is trying to play by their own rules.
You might suck their dick for being somewhat successful, but they haven't got there through legit means. They got there by KS-ing, luring and cheating.

I am a Turk and yes in a server with Turks shit like these happens and will continue to happen no matter what u guys say or do.
I lived half of my life in turkey and other half outside of turkey and I can tell u, not everything which is wrong for u is wrong for them as an example if u r 18 years old and virgin in many countries u will be ashemed of that but in turkey and many more countries if u 18 years old and not a virgin then u will be ashemed of that.
Basicly for Turks cheating in ko is being cleaver, when u can and not doing is being retarded.
So my friends u should weigh 2 sides of the scale advantages and disadvantages and decide will u play or not cos crying in forums to ban them e.g wont help u at all.
