1. It worked in the beta, I'd certainly hope the techs haven't broken it in the meantime.
2. Can't say yet.
3. Same or less.

Is there a way to make renting work like lending in Runescape (corny reference but it works). Where you open trade and when you right click, you have an option of how lending that item. You put how long you want to lend it for and the person puts up the agreed price... Figure it couldn't be that hard if Runescape has it...

To the extent that we have any say in the direction of actual game development, item rentals aren't very high on the agenda, sadly.

it would be meh, troll armor is better for rogues and warriors

how? didnt you get them from that chain quest? afaik there was no such thing in usko

Got some bad news from the devs today, looks like it isn't possible to get level 83 in time for the pvp beta because it would require too many changes to the database. Instead we're sticking with level 80. Three levels shouldn't be a huge deal in terms of gameplay changes, but I'm sure some of you will be disappointed. Sorry <3
