about Premiun

Hi all before im new here and im italian so sry for my bad english... anyway i got a visa electron postepay credit card, its a charged card and i use it on a paypal account. Once was easy get prem but now k2 kicked paypal and i now cant get more. Click and buy doenst work coz this visa card havent identification code and with paybycash dont know what service i need use. Im looking for wester union but there is some problem with italy coz process get an error maybe for credit card maybe coz i dont know how use it fine but i dont know. Asked in official forum but nothing there also.
If someone with knowledge can help i will be happy.

Sry if wrong section but really dont know where post it and dont flame me with a stupid USE SEARCH because i have done and nothing.
