I actually know where this dagger came from, Mr "x" complained to the BBB about the stupidity of K2 dupe wipes as he lost a ton of stuff which was legit. To start CS gave him 30 days free premium on the wrong account so another complaint. They gave him 2 +8 MD's ( he lost one +8 in the dupewipe ) 1 had the dex on it and the other had restistances on it too. Again he replyed to CS complaining about these daggers and they never did anything.
Yeah it's GM made but the GM obviously didn't have a clue what the hell he was ment to be doing.
