so he earned it, he deserves it.

o0DJo0 isn't old member in apero... he is there i think 3 months max and he got over 15 gbs from them.. and if they would sell and split, im sure that he would get less...

if he wasn't a scammer, he would disagree on what they said, that he have to bring back what he get if he quit and then go for other clan or make a deal or some thing...

dude just leave it really..if i will start talking about the ppl that left us (Gladiators) after we gave them so many items from clan bank..the list is endless...i will just give u 1 example : all those mages from relic that were in our clan , we paid for their nt to humans and they got few more items from clan bank..but we leave it..no point of getting into it.
my advice to u , just cancel this clan bank thing , its only make problems.

the question is not if the rule is stupid or not.
he agreed with this rule when he joined the clan, but once the administration of clan asked him to give back the items to clan bank he said no.

no matter how he worked on it, there is ppl hunting bosses even if they dont need items from clan bank....

PS: its just a rule like KO4Life rules, remeber when selling char was disabled, alot of ppl saying thats is totally stupid. but if you attempt to sell any char you get your post deleted or even banned.
same in clan rule is a rule and only a rule can cancel a rule.

Who cares if the rules are stupid?
It doesn't matter how stupid the rules are, he knew the rules and he agreed on the rules.
Like; "you'll get these items if you return them if you leave" and then he doesn't live up to his agreement, how does that not go under the "scamming" topic?

If he doesnt give it back then he scammed imo.. The items are gained with clan. People work for the items so they can borrow it. The items are there to make the clan itself stronger. not just the farmer. So if he leaves clan he has to return it

I do think that items shouldnt be lended out by clans but they should be GIVEN out so the item is that players to do as they wish if they earned it.

Then again if he actually agreed to a clans rules that items must be returned if you leave the clan then he should stand by his word no matter how much he earnt them, if he didnt like those rules he shouldnt have accepted them and joined the clan.

Like Suicune said, he didn't leave the clan, you guys kicked him from the clan. If this was a "real contract" (not like the one you made people sign on your forum ROFL), you guys are the one who breached it.
