username not registered?

Does anyone know if there was a point in time that you had re-register your name?
I have not played ko for about 8-10 months and last night I downloaded it again, and today when I tried to login I am told that the user ID does not exsist? I have a lvl 66 Mage, and lvl 57 sin on the only account I ever played, and the stupid ass forgot password option only gives you password for username rather than email address like every other site in the world...
Any suggestions?
