First of all, the "Send a Ticket" is down. Secondly i've sent ALOT(few weeks/months ago) of tickets about my acc't but havent been helped what so ever..

Send ticket is not down, it's just a very long queue to get into the system as normal user. If you have premium you can send ticket at any time......

first of all it is normal cuz everyone wanna get his banned char back so you need to wait till it comes again, secondly you can send 100000000 tickets if they dont want to unban, it is new for 2-3 days for this event and they unbaning mostly.

My account isn't "banned".. it's blocked due to inactivity.. Why I dunno. But they need a reason for banning and there is none...

it is strange ^^ no idea about that , all I know is they are opneing all banned chars even 5-6 years old. but really dont know if it is a bug or event
