Best server to play for what im looking for

So basically im debating if I should get a character on cypher but i feel like getting gg gear is still way to expensive but I just want a good pk server private or on usko where I wouldnt have to spend too much money to be able to PK average and not just get rekt by people. Id say my spending limit would be about 3-500 usd but I would also like a server that has a constant population and Hopefully some English clans. Thanks for all the responses and info

You can gear a character quite nice with $500 spent properly. You also can pk with quest armor, olds and a decent weapon just fine.

GBs literally have dropped by half price in like the last month and a half, gear is slowly getting cheaper as well.

I dont think we need an iron set for an average PK at steamKO atm. Ofc, you may die more w/o it but you still able to kill alot w/o it. As long as you have fun it doesnt matter.

As you mentioned a private server for pk I would suggest ApexKO, prices are extremely cheap and during EU times there is a lot of action on both sides
