Old jewelry , what lvl ?

What lvl i need to using old jewelry ? Me friend have old rogue earring and cant use it, if need put earring back automatically to personal inwentory. Hi have 47 lvl.

I think you need to relog if you just bought or traded or something like that. I don't think there's a level req. for it o:

next time if u buy somes old items put it to inn>close inn >open> and use / its working 100%

you dont need any lvl to use old unique, some time you need re log or put it in inn and take it back out.. also you need 3 of this thing to make real +0 but they will fail if u try its not 100%

either you relog or open your power up store and close it back
then your inventory is refreshed (better than relogging :P)

Do you have to be mastered at lvl 60 to wear the rogue earring the way you have to with shell? Maybe its that? I'm just throwing a guess out there.
