prolly not... which is weird because it was a huge money income for them.
yea and it was prolly the only 100% safe way to sell/buy/trade characters. what was the official reason they removed cyphers ring?

i think they disabled it
but donot know why :S
l think they disabled it cuz lotta ppl started to sell their characters, which is against the TOS (term of servervices or wtheck its called)..
they disable it beacuse that was easy way to legaly sell koxped/buged chars 80-83 lvl.

there was a way to dupe them,
On cypher couple of warriors did it i heard, duped a lvl 83 warrior couple of times.
Dunno if its true tho
