    Ofcourse you can't because they would be a different +. OLD uniques are only OLD at +0. Once they are +1 their name changes and you can compound it as normal

    lolz i bought 2x old diamond rings and coumpoundd it iwith the 4 other i had from befor and made duel +1 diamond rings
    so im guessing once you compound they go back t noraml ones :\

    go trade in 100 medals, and if u dont get a OLD jewelry u could say waht u sayed.
    But oh, your just ASSUMING, and dont know the facts, like i sayed before u dont make sense xD
