It increases the succes rate of upgrading items... like trina but it's 30%

I think this is for Heppas Pupil Machine the new stuff.
The ingredients take 20 hours to farm and have low compound rate.
You get black wings falling appart when you try!

This should make it most times. And Trina now guarentees to +5.

Well I thought I was right so I bought one.. :lol: :unsure:

In inventory it labeled. "Fragment of All Means"

And sais "Increases the success rate of combining compound items"

So it is either new weapons or accessorys. And it sais weapons and armor right in PUS!

Dunno about percentages.

Yeah 100% its heppa pupil ( Cursed weapons, dragon armor). It goes in a special place on the machine!!

In beta mine and someone elses failed. Another persons succeeded.

If rate is 1 in 3 without.

Ares prices

10 Nightmare cystals 75m each
10 Blessed Stones 50m each
Fossils cheap 130 for 1m each at most.
13.8 GB to try compound.

If it makes rate 2 in 3 worth $12 to me.

i saw some dude on ares server merchanting 7 parts of the new armor for 8 gb eatch

I think armor will come from medals far more than compound make.

good point,untill alot of np is already spent i see alot of clans breaking up and dropping down or evan out the top 100 from this...some people are selfuish and say fuk this clan i am getting me some items and do ';x

Guy with 1M NP keeps loosing to guys who exchanged medals.

Hard time telling everyone 1M NP makes him important.

Makes him look like a homeless hungry bum with 1M dollars in the bank.
