It varies - i've twice had to open CS tickets to get my trina when buying prem - once took 11 days, the second time took 6 days. I guess it just depends how many people have renewed on the same day as you who opened CS tickets to get a trina back.

i wouldnt stoop down to K2s level and do that, however ive thought of duping to get my USD value of scrolls lost during PK but i havent. im quite pleased that K2 actually listened to me and did whats right.. now they just have to fix the scrolls dissapearing which is a huge problem for everyone and the skillbar which people can fix
