i have a HB and II +8 and i knowtest that teh HB gives more ap then the II s the last patch i try it and nope im not going to reverse it till the official anoucment appears in the Web page ^^

Rebirthing personal items have been possible since the 1st day you could rebirth items i think. Rebirthing ft items and normal unique items (like cs, lycaon hammer etc.) is very recent, and thats what everybody is talking about atm.
