the only plausible reason for them to do this is to sell more tears, cuz less and less ppl are buying premium and kc and stuff...
sales of pus items always fall before a new server comes out b/c ppl are saving money to buy tons of stuff for new server. i know i have like about $150 to spend on gold premium and kc for the new server. and i know ppl who have more to spend. thats just what i've saved up over the past lil while and selling stuff and not buying premium.
i think they are just trying to compensate.
but pus sales are gonna rise considerably for new server stuff. and sale of tears will just increase it. im glad they are still cheap. cuz they get used a lot quicker...

I had seen pics of rebirthed items before, on ko4life I think a few months ago. Though I never noticed the stat boost/loss. But could the extra stats just be part of the bug that people are talking about in another topic about gaining stats?
