its not crystal clear to know what is happening but from what i can understand i think that every 12,5$ spent on pus (as yoav said in kc/trina/tears/etc etc)
we will receive one item through game-mail system.. prolly a random item from those they mentioned.. something like the old pus events they were doing just that this time between prizes they put chittin shield and er's.. if my guess is true we will see ppl spending hundreds of dollars and get nothing but crap, and some other spend just 12,5 and walk away with cs.. now what the possibility for cs could be??
