    So that unlegit players can be brought to notice.. and like when there are disputes between ppl in the future or what not.. ppl can bring up the proofs, etc to show how someone is unlegit. Also, you never know if a gm might browse these forums.. but if your wanting a more attentive look, yea official forums are your best bet.
