immediately call paypal and dispute it. don't let it wait or paypal won't help you.

is it still being investigated by paypal or have they determined that your friend didnt provide adequate proof of shipping for whatever the item was and so they refunded the buyer's money?

If they pay with credit card through paypal and do a chargeback, you are fucked. Because it goes through the cc company not paypal. But if you send them the bill and put in the title "USKO item, Raptor +8/80, Non-tangible, virtual item." Then you will be fine unless they do a cc chargeback.

well, you may be right devin, it is up to the cc company, but i'm still waiting and hoping i aint fucked yet, have all the cc fraud cases you encountered ended with the cc company sticking up for its client thus fucking us over?

You get screwed, that's what. I got scammed for 15gb this way. I don't sell stuff for USD through PayPal anymore unless I know the buyer. PayPal will side with the scammer because they claim they cannot offer protection for "services or virtual merchandise".
