no.. I'm pretty sure they're not allowing more than what they said because of lag issues.. The servers would lag for like 1-2 weeks if they let every retard in the world play at the same time.

You forget this is international and not locally limited, the internet has no legal ramifications for not allowing chosen regions to participate in your game or testing.

Try and argue until you are blue in the face, but I took three years of political science before changing my degree, and I know far more about international gaming and the legal ramifications of said actions.
