    i can't log in
    i have 1 uppercase letter
    doesnt' work if they are all lowercase
    doesnt work if i type it in exactly how i log into game
    isn't mor ethen 12 letters

    I hope it helps... it's what I did.
    Try sending Tickets from another account. Explain the problem with the less amount of words possible.
    Example: Hi I have a problem with my first account, it's ID is: XXYX, I can log to the game, but "I can not log into the Website"- "Game pass and Website pass aren't synched"

    Then prove them that YOU OWN that account, type the dates of the Premium History.
    Example: To prove I own XXYX
    -Type your Purchase History (example: 14- Jun-2006 Bronze Premium)(15- Jul-2006 Bronze Premium), etc.

    -Type the 4 last digits of the Credit Card used in those Purchases
    -Type the first and last digits of your password.
    -Put the E-mail wich used when registered.
    -Take a ScreenShot of your E-mail page. (The same E-mail used to register) That ScreenShot should contain: a) your E-mail. B) The billing message received after purchase premium. c) One of those messages open.
    -Fraps when you log in, upload in youtube and send a link of it. (of course that video shouldn't be public)


    Finally request what you want they do for you:
    Example: Please... synch XXYX game password with the website password. I need to log into MyKol with XXYX.

    and thanks them.

    no, ... if u spam it'll slow the process. In the others messages as :" I'm unable to do...." is when u should spam, but I think they only read the last message, so it must be very clear.
    In my case they solved my problem 11 days after I received that message.
