Hey! Exciting new updates are coming your way!

One of these new updates will be how you purchase items and Premium in-game! The main change in this update is that Knight Cash will now be used to purchase all items in the Power Up Store. This includes items that were previously available only by ESN, including Premium.

You can make all of your purchases by visiting the in-game Power Up Store (as opposed to before where you could purchase Premium through Gamersfirst). Instead of buying Premium directly with Click&Buy (or any other payment method you may have used), it must be purchased with only Knight Cash.

This update also introduces Gift Cash, which is just like Knight Cash but is given out for free by Gamersfirst with Premium Packages, during promotional periods, or by Customer Support in special circumstances.

Here is some additional information regarding this update:

-Knight Cash will be used to purchase all items including Premium
-Knight Cash can be bought with all payment methods available within the Power Up Store, and any future payment methods that might be added.
-ESN codes will continue to be sold
-If you have an ESN code for an item or Premium, you may still redeem it.
-Gift Cash can be used to purchase everything except Premium, Trina's Pieces, Tears of Karivdis, and Symbol of Growth. In time these items will be eligible for purchase with Gift Cash, but for the time being you must use either Knight Cash or an ESN code.

I know this is a lot of information to take in all at once, so I assuming there will be LOTS of questions coming up left to right. Before you start asking them, let me see if I can answer some of them for you

How can I purchase premium now?
All Premiums have had their prices converted to Knight Cash, so you will purchase them just as you would any other items: first recharge you're Knight Cash, and then select the Premium that you would like and make your purchase!

I have an ESN code for something, can I still redeem it?
Yes, ESN codes may still be redeemed in the same manner as before. Select the item or Premium you would like, then enter your ESN code and click "Checkout".

Can I still buy Premium from the Gamersfirst portal site?
Premium will be purchases exclusively through the in-game Power Up Store by using Knight Cash or an ESN code.

Will extended premium packages still be available?
Long term Premium packages will no longer be sold. Existing Long Term Premium will be allowed to complete its course.

What is Gift Cash?
Gift Cash is a special balance that you will maintain separately from your Knight Cash balance. It will come with Gold and Platinum Premium, and may also be given out by Gamersfirst during special promotions or by Customer Support in some circumstances. Gift Cash can be used to purchase most Power Up Store items, with the following exclusions: Premium packages, Trina's Pieces, Tears of Karivdis, and Symbol of Growth.

If I purchase Gold or Platinum Premium do I still get the bonus Knight Cash?
Gold and Platinum Premium will give you bonus Gift Cash

If I have Gift Cash and Knight Cash what happens when I make a purchase?
Gift Cash will always be subtracted first - once your Gift Cash has been spent, your Knight Cash will then be deducted. Example: You have 100 Gift Cash and 100 Knight Cash and you want to buy an item that costs 125. Upon purchasing, your Gift Cash will be fully depleted, after which time 25 Knight Cash will be deducted.
