Pathos glove bug on SteamKo Cypher?

When I log in.. AP is 2002.

As soon as I teleport to a different zone, AP drops to 1925 as if I am wearing 0 pathos gloves.

If i remove 1 pathos.. AP jumps to 1963 as if to recognize just one. When I add it back, AP jumps to 2002 (recognizing both).

As soon as I teleport to a new zone, AP jumps back to 1925 though xD

Is this a Cypher specific bug?

its not just with pathos, next time you do it take off weapon etc instead and reequip it, same thing.
