Paypal problems

Hey!
Anyone can help me plox. Just registrated to the paypal like hour ago and wanted to send 210bux to my friend but it says *we're sorry , but we cant send ur payment eight now*
My country is Hungary but i registrated it in The states. Maye thats the problem? Plox help me !!

gotta get payment informations updated and verified on paypal before making a purchase

Yeah,the info has to match your credit card,so if you're in Hungary,you should be registered in Hungary,and yeah verify too.

Alredy veryfied my account added my bank card but still zzzzzzZ so i need to go back Hungary and try there or make newone there ....

The best thing you can do is to put legit/accurate information and add a credit card. That way you get trusted by PayPal.

I mean, since ur not in the country you stated... I have gotten this shit when i log on paypal on different computors they sending mails and shit about different ip's logging in. Maybe if another country tries they will put harder security. I know Gmail refuses logins from other countries.

I had same problem. You changed currency to uds? If u do u have to wait 6-7 hours before you can send money in usd thru paypal.

Strange, i can change currency how i want and still send money :s
