i recently got scammed

i wanna refund my money on paypal
how do u do that ?

chargeback* and you have to open a case on paypal, they'll review it and most likely after 3-4weeks or so you'll get your money back(if they decided that you "deserve" it)

paypal does not cover non tangible items. so if you bought froms oemoen and he never traded you well.. you probly cant do anything

but there is no seller protection for virtual items as far as i know so it shouldn't be to hard to get your money back cause i remember i got recharged with a note that said he had already received the items 2 months later lol

All the scammer has to say is that it was a non-tangible item and the case is closed for you. Only real way to chargeback such cases, far as i know, is to go to your bank and say that an unauthorized purchase was made and the bank will take care of it then and your PP balance will go negative.
