so im just wondering wat is persitent scroll and what does it do, whats it dropped by, is it rare, how much is it worth on girakon?

lol thats exacly what they did to me. firs they shouted that they sold a +7 dol i pmd him and he saed he whated 30 he tells me a the name of a guy that was selling them.and i remeberd seen them before so i sheckt my power store nothing then i when to esland found them got them told him then he saed if i got them from the guy that was selling them..it was so funny

If i remember then the Presistent Scroll is a scroll what gives Hp for warriors around u on Castle siege War...
I'm not sure if it has that effect but it is for castel siege and u can buy it from npc :P

Lol. so many people tried to get me with that on runescape. It was one of the lamest scams ever. Only a 12 year old could fall for it.
