GM can do exp events on all servers so I guess the king can also.

Also have you noticed bar WOlF & Glar every King Diez has had , has quitted afterwards. So if you get it Will <_< are you going to keep up the tradition?

GM's dont activate the server XP events, it's always Tech. A GM "exp" event is just spawning mobs and letting players kill them for exp, nothing more.
