These companies hire good lawyers to make sure TOS is water tight if not they would be liable for a lot - but unfortunatly they arent.

It's not going to work. Simply because it's not their fault you got hacked, and if they roll back everyone, there's bound to be 50% of them liars. K2 isn't that bad, everyone company has their flaws and their flaw is this whole game of KO. ALL games have their hacks, dupers, and poor patches. They get fixed and you just move on.

How exactly are you supposed to abide by frequently asked questions? At least one typo, a grammatical error or two, as well as using amendments in places where amendments have no grounds. It will need some work by someone a little more professional before anyone gives it any consideration.
