i was in vent and then hear people cursing, most got banned when most were in town/ in arena or in merchant , have other people been getting banned for no reason?

I have my Launger skin look, on the loook that i want :P but they dont ban for that, only the ppl that did the rental armor bug again and real tbl's like in the skill's effect's (not even difrent looks from items, they didnt even ban for that).
And i told alot of ppl not to rebug there items, and boom....
