with the plat, if u use 400 XP sc and also the Valk- first u gain 6% more of the basic 400 of plat, then u gain 400% more over the xp u already receive after plat+ valk.

hmm not exacly ... 10 k x 400 % from prem is basic so its 40 k.
If you run scroll its like 160k.

But we must remember low lvl character have limit with max xp gain per kill so you cannot make few lvls on one mob.
I saw screen on media when guy on 4x lvl had 120 k xp on trolls with plat. + 400 % scrolls and i think he couldnt get more on his lvl.

But maybe u have right with this 10.000 + 400% = 40.000
10.000 + 400% = 40.000
10.000 + 6% = 600
10.000 + 20% = 2000
total of 82.600
